Instead of grilling the pork I marinated last night, I decided to bake it.  The laziness hit me and earlier it was a bit chilly to stay outdoors. Soooo, how was it?  It tasted yummy but not as good when it is grilled.  The fat didn’t get too crunchy.

If you enjoy prying into other people’s lives then you’d probably enjoy looking into their public records which is surprisingly available online!

In the US, they have complete public records which they give out free to its citizens in the internet.  You can search for marriage or divorce records, birth or death records, property records, etc. 

So if you’re the sneaky type of a person, you can search an old lover’s record and see if he’s married or not.  But more importantly, you can also access your own record for your own personal needs.  It’s convenient especially if you’re required to submit your marriage certificate or birth certificate, you can just refer them to your online record then.

Over and over

Dang!  The kid woke up early today.  Before 8 she was already up and crawling all over the bed and floor.  As predicted she easily got tired and is now sleepy.  I tried to make her sleep more then twice already but she would just get up and get back to play.  Over and over… this little kid doesn’t understand how she feels! Poor little one.  She’s sleepy but she also wants to play. And now she’s complaining again!

Craving for grilled pork!

I am not hungry.  In fact we just had our dinner half an hour ago but why the sudden hunger for grilled pork? Ahhhh blame it to blog hopping again.  I visited this site and the picture of  delicious looking chicken inasal greeted me.  But it was the memory of the yumminess of the last grilled pork I ate that my tongue wanted. 

It was super yummy!



I’m glad it’s Friday tomorrow coz the next day will be Saturday (haha but of course!).  But what I mean is, hubby won’t have work so we can freely do what we want to do and I am already making plans in my head about grilling porkeee on that day! Yum yum!

Oh yes! How can I run away from these sweet monsters hiding in our freezer?  I have been eating ice cream I should say on a daily basis and I want to out an end to this bad eating habit.  We’ll see how long I can stand the temptation. Teehee!

Back when we were still planning for our wedding day, I was reading wedding magazines and also articles on the internet for tips on the wedding preparation.  One useful tip I got was choosing the best videographer there is to shoot the wedding and the reception event as videos can be played and watched in the future.  And having a quality video of the special event is important. 

So we searched for videographers in our city that can do the job we want.  We visited several studios and watched their sample videos only to come home disappointed.  Their works were done in a bad taste! I thought we would never find a good one, until my aunt recommended this freelance videographer to us.  We hired him and the result of his work was commendable.

Saving on gas

Do you still drive your own vehicle to work or do you take public transportation instead?  With the gas price increase that’s happening almost weekly, some people have designed their lifestyle to save on gas expenses.    One woman I know transferred to a place near her work so she doesn’t have to use her car anymore.   The place was also near the groceries and entertainment area so there wasn’t any need for her to use her car.  A walk or a bike ride is all it takes for her to get these establishments.  She said that she saved a lot and it’s keeping her fit as well.

That works for her coz she’s single but for a couple with kids, riding their own car is essential.  It’s even more convenient to have a van especially if you have plenty of kids to provide ample space for movement inside.  A Subaru minivan would perhaps to be suitable for a big family.
