When potatoes are aplenty
September 29, 2008I make them into lumpia! Lots of ‘em!
M bought two kilos of potatoes last week. It drove me crazy thinking what to do with them. I’ve already made lumpia last week, dump some into my chicken soup, baked some and yet there’s still plenty! Well, with only 2 and a half humans at home you can’t expect us to consume it all. So last night, I made another batch of lumpia, fried some for dinner and kept the rest in the freezer. It will come handy when I don’t have anything to eat.
